H. Awarding and Authorizing Execution of a Professional Services\nAgreement with NV5, Inc., On-Call Professional Inspection Services -\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution 7386: 1. Awarding a three-year\nProfessional Services Agreement to NV5, Inc., for On-Call Professional\nInspection Services in a not-to-exceed amount of $480,000 per year and a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $1,448,000 for the original term, and\nterminating the prior July 22, 2019, professional services agreement and\nrelated amendments and extensions; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the\nCity Manager to execute the Agreement; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager\nthe option to extend the Agreements up to two (2) additional one-year terms\nafter its original term for a not-to-exceed amount of $480,000 per one-year\nterm.
