G. Awarding and Authorizing Execution of a Public Works Agreement with\nG2 Construction, Inc., for the 2022 Environmental Cleanup Program\nProject, CIP SD2201 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7385: 1.\nApproving the plans, specifications, and contract documents for the 2022\nEnvironmental Cleanup Program Project, SD2201; and, 2. Approving and\nawarding a public works agreement to G2 Construction, Inc. in the amount of\n$412,500; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a public works\nagreement for construction services to G2 Construction, Inc.; and, 4.\nAuthorizing the City Manager to approve additional work requests up to\n$37,500 and inspection services up to $45,000, in connection with the Project,\nin the cumulative not-to-exceed amount of $82,500.
