DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS\nDR-1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT\nStaff report recommending the Mayor and Council Members adopt\na resolution declaring approximately 0.525 acres and\napproximately 0.17 acres of two parcels of real estate within the\nCity of Inglewood as depicted in Exhibit 1, attached hereto,\nexempt from the Surplus Land Act pursuant to Government Code\nSection 54221(f)(1)(J)(i).\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt resolution;\n2. Adopt a Notice of Categorical Exemption-Class 32-\nInfill Development Project-Section 15332\nproviding for the development of a fifteen (15)-\nstory approximately 310,300 square-feet hotel with\napproximately 174 guest rooms on an\napproximately 1.2 acres site by the Arya Group,\nInc., a California corporation (Developer) as more\nspecifically described in that certain proposed\nDisposition and Development Agreement\n(“Agreement”) between the City of Inglewood\n(“City”) and the Developer;\n3. Approve the Disposition and Development\nAgreement between the City and Arya Group, Inc.,\na California corporation concerning the\ndevelopment of a major luxury hotel within the\nCity; and\n4.
