6.\nAGREEMENT For URBAN FOREST MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. adopt Resolution No. 24-67, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN EXEMPTION TO BIDDING PROCESS AND AN AMENDMENT TO\nTHE FISCAL YEAR 2024/25 ADOPTED BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR AN UPDATE\nTO THE URBAN FOREST MANAGEMENT PLAN; and\nb. authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with West Coast Arborists for an Urban Forest\nManagement Plan and Tree Inventory Update – Proposal Option 2 in the amount of $76,545, and\nany amendments provided there is funding in the budget, and it is within the City Manager’s signing\nauthority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
