8.\nPROJECT NO. 7452 - Advanced Meter Infrastructure METER PURCHASE\nStaff recommends City Council approve an agreement with Badger Meters, Inc., for the purchase of\nAdvanced Meter Infrastructure meters and appurtenances for Project No. 7452, in an amount not to\nexceed $175,000; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any amendments\nprovided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of\nthe City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
