11. Approve the Engineering and Traffic Speed Study for Prairie Avenue\n— Recommendation: that the City Council 1.) Authorize the speed reduction from 40 MPH to 35 MPH on Prairie\nAvenue from Redondo Beach Boulevard to Marine Avenue; and 2.) Direct the City Clerk's Office to forward a certified\ncopy of the Engineering and Traffic Survey to the Los Angeles County Sheriff to be used for their traffic enforcement.
