20. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONTRACT AMENDMENT FOR DATA EXTRACTION AND\nMIGRATION AND PROJECT MANAGMENT SERVICES. (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No.1 to contract with Nth Generation Computing, Inc. for Data Extraction\nand Migration Services, for an increased amount not to exceed $42,630.00, increasing the total\ncontract sum to $108,390.00; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the amendment after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
