5.3 Award of Contractor for the CDBG 24-25 Street Improvements - Project No.: CDBG\n24-25.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount\nof $546,646.00 to Copp Contracting, Inc.; and\nB. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $54,664.60 for potential change\norders; and\nC. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
