7.2 City Clerk\n7.2.1 City Council Representatives to Other Boards, Committees, and Agencies\nRecommendation: That the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Review the City of Laguna Hills City Council Representatives to Other Boards,\nCommittees, and Agencies List, provide directions to staff regarding any\nnecessary changes for appointments to the list, and by motion, approve the\nCity Council Representatives to Other Committees/Agencies List, as revised\nby the City Council; and\n2) Approve and direct the City Clerk to prepare and post an updated FPPC\n5\nCity Council/Planning Agency Regular Meeting Agenda\nTuesday, January 14, 2025\nDisclosure Form 806 to reflect all paid city representative appointments to\noutside agency boards, committees, and/or commissions in accordance with\nstate law.
