Adopt a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical exemption pursuant to Section\n15301 (Existing Facilities); and\n2. Approve a third amendment to the contract services agreement (C2022-097) with Harry H. Joh\nConstruction, Inc. for Fire Station 4 Renovation to extend the term for a one-year period beginning\nJanuary 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2025.
