20. Health and Welfare Benefit Consulting and Project Management Services\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Personnel to execute a contract\nwith Aon Consulting, Inc., for health and welfare cafeteria plan benefit\ninsurance consulting services and related project management services, which\nincludes as-needed services, for the development and administration of Request\nfor Proposals solicitations for four different County cafeteria health and welfare\ninsurance benefit plans (Options, Choices, Flex, and MegaFlex) and annual rate\nRequest for Renewals services for each of these four cafeteria insurance plans;\nthe initial term of the contract will be effective February 1, 2025 through\nJanuary 31, 2030, with the option to extend for up to three, one-year extension\noptions, for a maximum total contract term of eight years; authorize the Director\nof Personnel to exercise options to extend the term of the contract for up to\nthree years, and execute amendments to the contract to add, delete, and/or\nchange certain non-substantive terms and conditions, as well as terms and\nconditions required by the Board or the Chief Executive Office, and to maintain\ncompliance with applicable law.
