21. Campership Program Sole Source Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Children and Family Services to\namend a sole source contract with Happy Trails for Kids (HTK) for the\nCampership Program, to rollover unspent funds from the Summer 2024 term to\nbe used for Winter 2024-25 camp sessions, extend the contract term with HTK,\neffective March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026, with a total maximum\ncontract amount of $320,000, financed by 63% Flexible Family Supports and\n37% Net County Cost; and authorize the Director to take the following actions:\n(Department of Children and Family Services) APPROVE\nExecute amendments to the contract to extend the term, and change\nterms and conditions to the statement of work and any of its exhibits, if\nnecessary, to accommodate unanticipated changes in service needs and\nto increase or decrease the contract amount not to exceed 15% of the\ncontract amount, provided that sufficient funding is available; and\nTerminate the contract for convenience or default by written notice of\namendment.
