Maggie Hathaway Golf Course Renewal Project\nRecommendation: Approve the proposed project scope and budget for the\nMaggie Hathaway Golf Course Renewal Project (Project) (2), in the amount of\n$10,200,000 for Phase 1 and $7,000,000 for Phase 2 of the Project; approve\nan appropriation adjustment to increase Services Supplies by $14,800,000 in\nthe Department of Parks and Recreation’s Golf Course Capital Improvement\nFund (CA2), funded by Net County Cost in the amount of $7,800,000 from the\nDepartment’s Operating Budget and a donation by Fore Youth Golf Foundation\nin the amount of $7,000,000; and find that the proposed Project is exempt from\nthe California Environmental Quality Act .
