FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE\nFOR SUBMITTAL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE - Pursuant to HSC\nsection 34177 (o)(1), Successor Agencies shall submit an Oversight Board approved\nannual Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule to the Department of Finance and the\nCounty Auditor-Controller by February 1, 2016, and each February 1 thereafter.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council acting as the Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency adopt\na resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Recognized Obligation Payments\nSchedule for submittal to the Department of Finance.
