CC 6. Final Map Approval – Tract Map No. 60664 (Located between Avenue K and Avenue K-4,\nand Approximately 200 feet East of Buena Vista Way)\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the map and accept the dedications as offered on Tract Map No. 60664 located\nbetween Avenue K and Avenue K-4, and approximately 200 feet east of Buena Vista Way;\nmake findings that this project will not violate any of the provisions of Sections 66473.5,\n66474.1, and 66474.6 of the Subdivision Map Act; and instruct the City Clerk to endorse on\nthe face of the map the certificate, which embodies the approval of said map and the\ndedications shown thereon.\nOn November 20, 2006, the City of Lancaster Planning Commission approved Tentative\nTract Map No. 60664 consisting of 39 single family lots. The map was granted four\nautomatic time extensions in accordance with the Senate and Assembly Bills (SB 1185, AB\n333 and AB 116) in 2008, 2009 and 2013, respectively. On January 25, 2016, and January 16,\n2017, the Planning Commission granted one-year extensions, which expired on January 16,\n2018. On January 14, 2019, the map was reexamined and considered deemed filed by the\nformer Director of Public Works to keep the Final Map active.
