Whit Carter Park Outdoor Fitness Equipment Project Notice of Completion\nRecommendation(s):\nAccept the Capital Improvement Project No. CP11ZZ013.CONST – Whit Carter Park\nOutdoor Fitness Equipment Project as complete and direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of\nCompletion for the project.\nThe California Department of Parks and Recreation Office of Grants and Local Services\nawarded grant funds in the amount of $74,606 for the installation of concrete pads and the\npurchase of outdoor exercise equipment from Greenfields Outdoor Fitness, which was\ninstalled in-house by City of Lancaster Staff with oversight by a Greenfields Outdoor Fitness\nsupervisor at Whit Carter Park on March 8, 2024. The concrete pads were designed and built\nin accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s requirements.
