CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE NO. 931, ART IN PUBLIC PLACES\nArt in Public Places Ordinance No. 931 is proposed to establish a public art program by requiring\nnew development to create art as part of their development or pay an in-lieu fee for the creation of\nart in public places.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council:\n1.
