Introduction of Ordinance 1320, Approving a Municipal Code Text Amendment to Amend Title\n18­zoning, Chapter 18.20 Residential Zones Generally, Chapter 18.24 S­F Single­family\nResidential Zone, Chapter 18.28 SF­A Single­family Agriculture Zone, and Chapter 18.35 SF­\nDR Single­family Downtown Residential Zone of the San Dimas Municipal Code to Clarify the\nIntent of Certain Sections, Add Language to Sections where Policies Have Been in Place, but\nNever Codified, and Various Clean Up Items as Required\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff and the Planning Commission recommend that the City Council:\nConduct a Public Hearing.\nIntroduce Ordinance 1320, Approving Municipal Code Text Amendment 24­09, a\nrequest to amend Title 18­Zoning, Chapter 18.20 Residential Zones Generally, Chapter\n18.24 S­F Single­Family Residential Zone, Chapter 18.28 SF­A Single­Family\nAgriculture Zone, and Chapter 18.35 SF­DR Single­Family Downtown Residential\nZone of the San Dimas Municipal Code to clarify the intent of certain sections, add\nlanguage to sections where policies have been in place, but never codified, and various\nclean up items as required.\n\nPH2. Consideration and Approval of Proposed FY 2025­2026 CDBG Programs and Funding\nBudget\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\nConduct the Public Hearing.\nAdopt Resolution 2025­03, approving the proposed FY 2025­26 CDBG Programs and\nallocations as outlined; and\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute any and all documents necessary\nto further the projects herein, including but not limited to amendments and modifications\nthereto for CDBG projects with the Los Angeles County Development Authority\n(LACDA).
