Parcel Map 83974 - 14300 Whittier Boulevard\nRecommendation:\n1) Accept and authorize the City Clerk to execute the Offer of Right-of-Way\nDedication along the frontage of 14300 Whittier Boulevard;\n2) Approve Final Parcel Map No. 83974 in substantial conformance and\nauthorize the City Clerk and City Engineer to sign on behalf of the City;\nand\n3) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Subdivision\nImprovement Agreement.
