APPROVAL SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH LAURINCO FOR\nPROFESSIONAL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate an additional $19,000 from\nthe available fund balance in the Capital Project Fund (112) for CIP\nNo. 9386 – City Hall Planning Department Improvement; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the second amendment to\nthe agreement with Laurinco Interior Planning and Design for\nadditional planning and design consulting services.
