Maday, Jr., Janet Corcoran, and\nAugust Verschelden, for Habitat Conservation, Dedicate the Land as Open Space,\nand Add the Land to the City of San Diego’s Multiple Species Conservation\nProgram.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe acquisition cost for the Property is $265,750.00 with funds to be expended from the\nHabitat Acquisition Fund (HAF).\nExpenditures and maintenance obligations, such as periodic trash pickup, non-native plant\ncontrol, and access management, will be covered by the Parks and Recreation\nDepartment’s Mission Trails Regional Park existing operations budget.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: 7.\nProposed Actions:\nSubitem-A: (R-2025-314)\nResolution determining that approval of a Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City\nand Diana L. Johnson, Lawrence J. Maday, Jr., Janet Corcoran, and August Verschelden is\ncategorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under Title 14\nCalifornia Code of Regulations section 15313.\nSubitem-B: (R-2025-317)\nResolution approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the City’s acquisition of 9.4\nacres of real property in the East Elliott area of San Diego from Diana L. Johnson,\nLawrence J.
