Item 101: Authorization to Retain As-Needed Outside Counsel for Appellate Law and Workers\nCompensation Law for an Amount Not-to-Exceed $500,000 Over a Term of Five\nYears.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe cost of each contract is in an amount not-to-exceed $500,000.
