TMP-2216 ORDINANCE NO. 2025-1556 & RESOLUTION NO. 2025-9401 - AN\nINTERIM URGENCY ORDINANCE EXTENDING A TEMPORARY\nCITY-WIDE MORATORIUM ON THE CONVERSION/CHANGE OF ANY\nMOBILEHOME PARK EXISTING IN THE CITY FROM A PARK\nOCCUPIED PRIMARILY OR EXCLUSIVELY BY RESIDENTS AGED 55\nYEARS OR OLDER TO A MOBILEHOME PARK ALLOWING\nRESIDENTS OF ALL AGES, AND RESOLUTION HOLDING\nPROPOSED MOBILEHOME PARK CHANGES FROM HOUSING FOR\nOLDER PERSONS TO HOUSING FOR ALL-AGES IN ABEYANCE\nPENDING COMPLETION OF CITY REVIEW AND EVALUATION OF\nTHE IMPACTS OF SUCH PROPOSED CHANGES\nRecommendation: 1. ADOPT Ordinance No. 2025-1556, extending the Interim Urgency Ordinance\nimposing a temporary city-wide moratorium on the conversion/change of any\nmobilehome park occupied primarily or exclusively by residents aged 55 years or older\nto a mobilehome park allowing residents of all-ages, for a period of 10 months and 15\ndays pursuant to California Government Code section 65858(a), and\n2.
