Quitclaim and conveyance of Public Storm Drain Easements located within\nTract 25779\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove the quitclaim and convey the offer of dedication of the public\nstorm drain easements within Tract 25779, authorize the City Manager to\nsign the Quitclaim Deeds and direct the City Clerk to forward the executed\nQuitclaim Deeds to the Riverside County Flood Control & Water\nConservation District (RCFC&WCD) for acceptance and recordation.
