CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH\nQUESTICA FOR BUDGET SOFTWARE SERVICES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $41,378,\nAND A TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED $154,253\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider (i) approving an amendment to the\nagreement with Questica for Budget Software Services, in the amount of $41,378, and a\ntotal not-to-exceed $154,253 and authorize the City Manager to approve the amendment\nin the form approved by the City Attorney; and (ii) appropriate a total of $17,500, for the\nfirst year’s subscription of the digital budget book module, from the General Fund and the\nWater Fund.\nPUBLIC HEARING
