Therefore, Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Conduct the Public Hearing: Open the public hearing, Report Council\ndisclosures, Receive public testimony, Close the public hearing.\n2. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant\nto Section 15303 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\n3. If the City Council makes the requisite findings and approves the Project, adopt\nResolution 2024-120 conditionally approving a DRP and SDP for a Mixed-Use\nDevelopment, Solana Beach.\nItem B.2.
