C. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CFT NV DEVELOPMENTS,\nLLC AND THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY FOR MAINTENANCE OF\nCITY PARKWAYS FOR THE CFT COMMERCIAL CENTER MA 20084\nPROJECT LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MISSION\nBOULEVARD AND VALLEY WAY INTERSECTION\n1. Requested Action: That City Council approve the agreements between CFT\nNV Developments, LLC, and the City of Jurupa Valley for maintenance of\nparkway along Mission Boulevard and Valley Way; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Landscape Maintenance\nAgreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff report\nas approved by the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Special Escrow Account\nagreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff report\nas approved by the City Attorney.
