G. APPROVAL OF TRACT MAP NO. 38318-1 FOR THE DISTRICT LOCATED\nAT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 34TH STREET AND WALLACE\nSTREET, ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS OF DEDICATION, APPROVAL OF\nSUBDIVISION AGREEMENTS, AND ACCEPTANCE OF\nIMPROVEMENT BONDS\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve Tract Map 38318-1 and\naccept the dedication as follows:\na. Accept the real property described as an easement for street and\npublic utility purposes for Lot “A” (Wallace Street) and Lot “B”\n(34th Street).\nb. Abandon portions of Lots “A” and “B” for street and public utility\npurposes as shown on Parcel Map No. 10879, filed in Book 56, page\n13 of Parcel maps, records of Riverside County.\n2. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign Tract Map 38318-1.\n3. Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Subdivision\nAgreements; and\n4. Accept the surety bonds for construction of related improvements and\nsurvey monumentation.
