F. FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE AND THE CITY OF\nJURUPA VALLEY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018-2019 THROUGH FISCAL\nYEAR 2024-2025\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the First Amended and\nRestated Agreement for Professional Services between the County of\nRiverside and the City of Jurupa Valley for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 through\nFiscal Year 2024-2025 and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff report\nas approved by the City Attorney.\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriate budget adjustments\nas necessary, based on the Finance Impact section of the staff report.
