CONSIDER PROPOSALS FOR ENHANCEMENTS TO THE\nEQUESTRIAN LIFESTYLE PROTECTION OVERLAY AND PROVIDE\nDIRECTION ON WHETHER TO PROCEED WITH POSSIBLE CHANGES\nRequested Action: It is recommended that the City Council consider appropriating\n$30,000 for the preparation of an existing conditions analysis of the Equestrian\nLifestyle Program Overlay (ELPO), and directing that the findings of the analysis\nbe presented at a joint City Council and Planning Commission study session.
