Requested Action: That the City Council provide direction to staff to\nbring back a resolution:\na. Rescinding the Planning Commission’s denial of the project and\napproving the project and adopting Addendum to Mitigated\nNegative Declaration; or\nb. Rescinding the Planning Commission’s denial of the project and\napproving the project but denying the waivers regarding the one\nstory and landscape requirements set forth in Jurupa Valley\nMunicipal Code Section 9.240.550(E)(3) and Section\n9.240.550(E)(13), and adopting Addendum to Mitigated Negative\nDeclaration; or\nc. Rescinding the Planning Commission’s denial of the project and\napproving the project but denying the waivers regarding the\nlandscape requirements set forth in Section 9.240.550(E)(13), and\nadopting Addendum to Mitigated Negative Declaration; or\nd. Upholding the Planning Commission’s denial of the project.
