CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION.\nThe City Council will meet in closed session with the City Attorney pursuant to\nGovernment Code Section 54956.9(d)(2).(3) with respect to one matter of potential\nlitigation. A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Attorney,\nbased on existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to\nlitigation involving the City with respect to the proposed project at 7586 Jurupa\nRoad based on four letters concerning the Project: 1) October 7, 2024 from Linda\nKlein, attorney for Warmington Residential to Assistant City Attorney Maricela\nMarroquin; 2) November 27, 2024 from Sonja Trauss, Executive Director, YIMBY\nLaw to Planning Commission; 3) December 5, 2024 from , Dylan Casey, Executive\nDirector, and James Lloyd, Director of Planning and Investigations, California\nHousing Defense Fund to Planning Commission; and 4) December 11, 2024 from\nLinda Klein, attorney for Warmington Residential to Planning Commission. The\nfour letters are available for public inspection from the Office of the City Clerk.
