1. Consideration and possible action to fund the installation of additional deep\ndewatering wells in the Greater Portuguese Bend-Ancient Altamira Landslide\nComplex. (Awwad) (60 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Receive and file a proposed conceptual comprehensive\nlandslide remediation plan; 2) Receive and file an update on City expenditures\nfor emergency protective and stabilization measures in response to the\nacceleration of the Greater Portuguese Bend-Ancient Altamira Landslide\nComplex; 3) Based on available funds, determine whether additional deep\ndewatering wells should be installed and if so, how many; and, 4) Identify\nwhich Fiscal Year 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program projects should be\ndeferred to fund the additional deep dewatering wells and their operation and\nmaintenance for three months.
