CONSIDER THE APPROVAL AND RATIFICATION OF AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF CREDITS FOR THE\nREQUIRED MITIGATION MEASURE FOR PROJECT 675 - SEPULVEDA BRIDGE WIDENING PROJECT (CITY\nCOUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE and RATIFY the Agreement for Sale or Credits between Land Veritas Corp. and the City\nof Carson for the purchase of credit for $50,000.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE and RATIFY execution of the Agreement with Land Veritas Corp. by the Public Works\nDirector following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
