24. CONSIDER AWARDING A CONTRACT TO SOCAL SURFACES, INC. FOR THE RESURFACING OF VARIOUS\nOUTDOOR COURTS ALONG WITH THE CONVERSION OF TENNIS COURTS TO PICKLEBALL COURTS (CITY\nCOUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD and APPROVE the Public Works Agreement with SoCal Sports Surfaces Inc. to provide\nresurfacing of various outdoor courts and conversion to pickleball courts in a not-to-exceed amount of\n$383,875.00 (Exhibit No. 1; "Agreement").\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
