Del Valle Grading Project Construction Contract\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works to\nfinalize negotiations and execute a change order with Access Pacific, Inc., for\nan amount not to exceed $76,508, for the Del Valle Grading Project (Project)\nlocated at the site of the Del Valle Regional Training Facility at 28101 Chiquito\nCanyon Road in Castaic (5), to install an 8-inch lateral waterline to connect with\nthe existing 8-inch waterline point of connection; and find that the scope of work\nto be carried out by the proposed change order is within the scope of impacts\nin the previously adopted Negative Declaration for the Project under the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
