13. APPROVAL OF DOOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT\nStaff recommends City Council approve a maintenance agreement with Door 1 Systems, Inc. to provide\ndoor maintenance services in the amount of $43,700; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the City Manager’s\nsigning authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
