MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING – SENATE BILL 125 ZERO EMISSION TRANSIT CAPITAL\nPROGRAM (ZETCP) – PROPOSITION C 40% DISCRETIONARY FUNDS\nStaff recommends City Council approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Los Angeles County\nMetropolitan Transportation Authority for the use of Proposition C 40% Discretionary Funds, in the amount\nof $1,209,474 for Fiscal Year 2024/2025; and authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding on behalf of City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
