PH 2. Consideration of Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant\n(CDBG) Program Budget\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. Open the public hearing and receive public testimony;\n2. Close the public hearing;\n3. Consider approval of the FY 2025-2026 CDBG program budget as recommended in\nColumn C of the Table on Attachment A with the provision that: a) the allocation be\nadjusted based on the final allocation as determined by the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority (LACDA), with a maximum of 15 percent of funding\nallocated for public service programs;\n4. Adopt Resolution CC 2025-06 , authorizing the allocation of the Fifty First Year\nCDBG funds for FY 2025-2026; and\n5. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the documents related to the\nFY 2025-2026 CDBG funds.\nNEW BUSINESS
