CC 13. Amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget to Accept and Expend Grant\nFunds and General Funds Relating to the Execution and Delivery of a Purchase and Sale\nAgreement for Property Located at NEC E. Front Street & N. 1st Avenue\nStaff Recommendation:\n1. That the City Council consider adopting Resolution CC 2025-09, Authorizing the\nexecution and delivery of a purchase and sale agreement for property located at NEC\nFront Street & N. First Avenue and amending the FY 24-25 City operating budget\nfor the purpose of accepting and expending grant funds and increasing expenditures\nout of the General Fund and increasing the budget for said agreement; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all related documents.
