12. FLEET MAINTENANCE HOSE REEL SYSTEM – APPROVAL TO ISSUE\nPURCHASE ORDER (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Award a purchase order in the amount not-to-exceed $80,000 to Autolift Services,\nInc. for the installation of a new hose reel system for the City’s vehicle\nmaintenance garage; and\n2) Authorize the Procurement Manager to issue a purchase order in the amount not-\nto-exceed $2,500 per fiscal year for three (3) years to Autolift Services for ongoing\nand preventative maintenance of the new hose reel system; and\n3) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
