Appoint members to represent the City of Westminster on outside Government\nAgency Boards; and\nB. Appoint a delegate to the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) and adopt a\nResolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING\nITS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY’S BOARD\nOF DIRECTORS.”
