APPROVE VEOLIA’S EXCESS MAINTENANCE COST IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $220,120.20 TO REBUILD A PUMP AND REPLACE\nA VALVE AT THE PRIMARY EFFLUENT PUMP STATION AT THE\nPALM SPRINGS WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve excess maintenance costs in the amount of\n$220,120.20 pursuant to Agreement 6804 with Veolia Water\nWest Operating Services, Inc;\n2. Appropriate $220,120.20 from the Wastewater Fund balance;\nand\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
