N. APPROVE DISPLAY AGREEMENT NO. 25N010 PERMITTING\nTHE PALM SPRINGS AIR MUSEUM, INC TO INSTALL AND\nMAINTAIN A WINGLET ART DISPLAY AT THE PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Display Agreement No. 25N010 permitting the Palm\nSprings Air Museum, Inc. to install and maintain a Winglet Art\nDisplay for a one-year term beginning on January 27, 2025\nthrough January 26, 2026 at the Palm Springs International\nAirport.\n2. Authorize the Executive Director of Aviation to approve the\nrenewal of the agreement on an annual basis commencing on\nJanuary 27, 2027, upon mutual agreement with the Palm\nSprings Air Museum.\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
