B. APPROVAL OF THE AIRPORT MASTER PLAN CONCEPTUAL\nDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove the Airport Master Plan conceptual development plan for\nthe Palm Springs International Airport including the associated\nterminal plan and onsite Rental Car Center (RCC) formerly referred\nto as the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC). This action\nwill allow the Airport to start the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) process.
