S. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT A8677 WITH CHANDLER ASSET\nMANAGEMENT, LLC\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve an increase in funding for the Professional Services\nAgreement for Non-Discretionary Portfolio Advisory Services\nwith Chandler Asset. Management, LLC, a California\nCorporation, in the amount of $210,000 and revised total\ncontract amount of $730,000 to cover the remaining months of\nAmendment 2, and to extend the Agreement term for one year\nending March 1, 2026.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
