Approve Cooperative Purchase Agreement 24C405\nwith Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus, LLC to provide\nemergency vehicle services in an amount not to exceed\n$925,000 for the initial two-year term beginning January 27,\n2025, through January 26, 2027, with two one-year extension\noptions at the City’s sole discretion;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\nnecessary documents.
