Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution 2025-07 titled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BELL CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE\nBLANKET AUTHORITY TO FILE APPLICATIONS FOR GRANT FUNDS FROM THE\nLOS ANGELES COUNTY REGIONAL PARK AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT FOR\nMEASURE A FUNDING FOR PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS\n2. Authorize the City Manager and Director of Community Services, or their designees to\nexecute and submit all necessary documents to implement this Resolution.
