C Consideration and possible action to award contracts to Integrated\nDemolition and Remediation Inc. and California Landscape and Design Inc.,\nfor the remediation of the nuisance abatement that exists at 17046 Bellflower\nBoulevard; and authorize the City Manager to execute individual contracts\nwith Integrated Demolition and Remediation Inc. and California Landscape\nand Design Inc., in forms approved by the City Attorney.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Discuss alternative bid items presented by\nboth contractors and provide direction to staff on how to proceed; and 2) Award a\ncontract to Integrated Demolition and Remediation Inc., for the project and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute said contract in a form approved by the City\nAttorney; and 3) Award a contract to Integrated California Landscape and Design,\nInc., for the project and authorize the City Manager to execute said contract in a\nform approved by the City Attorney; or 4) Alternatively, discuss and take other\naction related to this item.
