9.5 Acceptance of State Homeland Security Grant Funds for\nFuture Equipment Purchase\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution approving the State\nHomeland Security Program Subrecipient Agreement Grant Year 2023\nState Homeland Security Program grant funds.\nCONCLUSION: If the City Council approves the SHSP subrecipient\nagreement, the Police Department will return to the City Council for\napproval of expenditure of the funds.\nFISCAL IMPACT: None.
